There are a number of SharePoint 2010 features you can access by amending the URL of a page.

The following is a list of useful URL snippets that you can either use to modify or add to the end of an existing SharePoint page URL.

Add Web Parts Pane ?ToolPaneView=2 Add to end of page URL. Page must be checked out.
Web Part Page Maintenance ?contents=1 Add to end of page URL.

"?contents=1" is particularly useful for identifying webparts on a page that have been closed. They can easily be removed to improve page performance. It also works in Sharepoint 2010.
